REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

2. Return Eligibility You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products and downloadable items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at our official store email with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. Processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

7. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with photo evidence of the damage.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
